Chapter 1 — ADOPTION OF THE CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE, 2025 EDITION¶
Ord. No. 3802-C.S, § 1, effective 1-8-26 repealed the former ch. 1, articles 1—3, §§ 3-1.101—3-1.305, and enacted a new ch. 1, as set out herein. The former ch. 1 pertained to adoption of the California Fire Code, 2022 edition, and derived from Ord.
