Sec. 6.60.710. - General.

All portland cement concrete shall conform to the provisions of section 90 of the State Specifications except as modified in this division.

Sec. 6.60.720. - Class A.

Class A concrete shall contain 564 pounds (six sacks) of portland cement per cubic yard.

Sec. 6.60.730. - Class B.

Class B concrete shall contain 470 pounds (five sacks) of portland cement per cubic yard.

Sec. 6.60.740. - Class C.

Class C concrete shall contain 376 pounds (four sacks) of portland cement per cubic yard.

Sec. 6.60.750. - Class D.

Class D concrete shall contain 658 pounds (seven sacks) of portland cement per cubic yard.

Sec. 6.60.760. - Cement.

Portland cement including portland cement used in precast products shall be type II or type V, conforming to the specifications of A.S.T.M. Designation C-150.

Sec. 6.60.770. - Reinforcing.

The reinforcing steel shall be deformed new billet steel bars, intermediate or hard grade, conforming to the specifications of A.S.T.M. Designations A-15 and A-408 or A-305.
