Sec. 2.50.010. - Administrative decisions; judicial review; time limits.¶
The provisions of Code of Civil Procedure § 1094.6 are hereby adopted by the city council, and such provisions are hereby made applicable in the city as further specified in section 2.50.020 of this chapter.

Sec. 2.50.020. - Decisions affected.¶
The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to "decisions," as defined by Code of Civil Procedure § 1094.6 that are final on and after March 31, 1988.
