Editor's note— Ord. No. 65.155, § 3, adopted September 2, 2025, amended the Code by repealing former Ch. 4, §§ II-4-1 and II-4-2, and adding a new Ch. 4. Former Ch. 4 pertained to similar subject matter, and derived from Ord. No. 65.152, § 3, adopted December 6, 2022.

The 2024 International Property Maintenance Code, published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted and referred to, and by this reference expressly incorporated and made a part of this Chapter as though fully set forth herein. The 2024 International Property Maintenance Code shall be designated and referred to as the "Property Maintenance Code" for the City of Milpitas. There is one copy of said Code on file in the office of the Building Official for use and examination by the public.
