Section 1 — Adoption of the Swimming Pool and Spa Code¶
The 2024 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted and referred to, and by this reference expressly incorporated and made a part of this Chapter as though fully set forth herein. The 2024 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code shall be designated and referred to as the "Swimming Pool and Spa Code" for the City of Milpitas. There is one copy of said Code on file in the office of the Building Official for use and examination by the public.
