18.28.010 - Reversions and exclusions.

A. Reversions shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6, Article 1, of the Map Act and this title.

B. Exclusions shall be processed in accordance with Chapter 6, Article 2, of the Map Act.

18.28.020 - Resubdivision.

In the event an existing subdivision is resubdivided such that the street alignment, lot design or drainage is changed, then the area constitutes a new subdivision and the procedures for filling a tentative and final map as outlined in this title apply.
