17.08.010 - Uniform Housing Code—Adoption.

That certain document, three (3) certified copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk, marked and designated as "Uniform Housing Code, 1997 Edition," including the appendix thereto, prepared by the International Conference of Building Officials as amended by the State Building Standard Commission, is adopted by reference as the housing code of the city.

17.08.020 - Violation—Penalty.

It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor, subject to punishment in accordance with Chapter 1.12 of this code, for any person to violate any provision of the housing code or any code adopted by reference.
