Sec. 20.424.005 - Intent.

This district is intended to allow the density in the zoning to be compatible with the General Plan density such as RR-1, RR-2 or RR-5 and to allow for decreased density in the base zoning district where such decreased density is desirable for the protection of existing land uses or environmental values, or for the recognition of constraints upon development.

Sec. 20.424.010 - Regulations for "L" Special Minimum Lot Size Combining District.

In any district with which the L Combining District is combined, the minimum lot size specified by the L Combining District shall apply in multiples of the lot size requirements specified for such district (i.e., base zoning of RR-5 would have multiples of five (5) such as: RR:L-10, RR:L-15, etc.).
