Sec. 20.001 - Operative Date.

References in this Division to requirements for Coastal Development Permits are inapplicable until the authority to issue Coastal Development Permits in the Coastal Zone is conveyed to the County and the County has accepted the permitting responsibility from the Coastal Commission. This section shall become inoperative and is repealed upon the County's assumption of the responsibility to issue Coastal Development Permits in the Coastal Zone.
