Sec. 20.432.005 - Intent.

This, combining district is intended to be applied on parcels which are identified by the California Division of Mines and Geology as being in a "Special Study Zone" pursuant to the Alquist-Priolo Act.

Sec. 20.432.010 - General Provisions and Regulations for SS Combining Districts.

Development of parcels within the "SS" Coastal Seismic Study Combining District shall be subject to the regulations set forth in Chapter 7.5, Division 2 of the California Public Resources Code.

Sec. 20.432.015 - Applicability.

This Chapter shall apply to all areas of the Coastal Zone where "Special Study Zones" are delineated on maps in compliance with Chapter 7.5, Division 2 of the California Public Resources Code. These maps are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference. The official maps shall be maintained by the Department of Planning and Building Services. Copies of said maps shall be maintained by the Clerk of the Board.
