Editor's note— Ord. No. 4418, § 7, adopted November 6, 2018, repealed the former ch. 20.420, §§ 20.420.005—20.420.070, and enacted a new ch. 20.420 as set out herein. The former ch. 20.420 pertained to FP—Floodplain Combining Districts and derived from Ord. No. 3785, adopted 1991; Ord. No. 3825, adopted 1992; and Ord. No. 3865, adopted 1993.
Sec. 20.420.005 - Floodplain Ordinance.¶
The requirements of Chapter 22.17 - Floodplain Ordinance, shall apply to all unincorporated areas of the County located within the Coastal Zone.
