8-8.01 - California Referenced Standards Code adopted by reference.

(a) The 2025 California Referenced Standards Code (Part 12 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations) is hereby adopted by reference as the Referenced Standards Code for the City of Maywood ("Referenced Standards Code").

(b) Not less than one (1) copy of said 2025 California Referenced Standards Code shall be maintained in the office of the City Clerk, and shall be made available for public inspection while the Referenced Standards Code is in force.
