8-23.01 - California Administrative Code adopted by reference.

(a) The 2025 California Administrative Code (Part 1 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations) is hereby adopted by reference as the Administrative Code for the City of Maywood ("Administrative Code").

(b) Not less than one (1) copy of said 2025 California Administrative Code shall be maintained in the office of the City Clerk, and shall be made available for public inspection while the Administrative Code is in force.
