3.44.010 Creation¶
It is hereby found and declared that there is a need for the industrial development authority of the county of Mariposa as created by sections 91500, et seq., of the Government Code, generally referred to as the California Industrial Development Financing Act, that such authority shall function in the county of Mariposa, and said authority is hereby authorized to transact business and to exercise all powers permitted by law.

3.44.020 Subject To Referendum¶
Pursuant to section 91520(b) of the Act, this chapter is subject to the provisions for referendum as set forth in sections 4051 and 4058 of the California Elections Code.
