3.04.010 Created¶

Pursuant to the statutes of Government Code section 53730 et seq., there is created in the office of the county treasurer a fund for capital outlay.

HISTORY

Adopted by Ord. 125 Sec. 1 on 8/7/1944 3.04.020 Levy And Collection Of Taxes

Taxes may be levied and collected at the same time and in the same manner as county taxes for the capital outlay fund.
