§ 24.06

Reserved strips controlling the access to public roads and other restricted strips or areas which will not be taxable for special improvements (e.g., flood control facilities, sanitary sewer improvements) will not be approved unless such strips or areas are necessary for the public welfare and/or the substantial property rights of the applicant. In no case shall they be approved unless the control and disposal of the strip or area is placed definitely within the jurisdiction of the county under conditions approved by the planning commission.
