9.96.010 - Adoption of Applied Technology Council (ATC) Procedures.¶
The City will follow the rules, regulations and provisions set forth in ATC-20 Procedures for Postearthquake Safety Evaluation of Buildings and ATC-20-1 Field Manual: Postearthquake Safety Evaluation of Buildings, 2nd edition, promulgated and published by the Applied Technology Council, California Office of Emergency Services, California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, for all natural and manmade disasters.
