Mammoth Lakes Municipal Code Ch. 2.60 Validation Procedure

The Town, upon a majority vote of the Town Council, or in the alternative, in the sole discretion of the Town Manager, may utilize the validation procedures contained in Part 2, Title 10, Chapter 9 (beginning with Section 860 thereof) of the Code of Civil Procedure for the purpose of validating any ordinance, resolution, motion, order, procedure, codification, decision, action or other matter of any and every kind cognizable by such validation procedures and which may be validated pursuant to the Code of Civil Procedure Part 2, Title 10, Chapter 9 (beginning with Section 860 thereof), whether legislative, judicial or administrative, when such matters concern, effect or touch upon the Town, its departments, officers, agents, servants, employees or representatives.
