Sec. 23.71. Board of Library Commissioners.¶
Said Department is under the control and management of a board of five commissioners known as the Board of Library Commissioners, hereinafter referred to in this chapter as the Board.

The chief administrative officer of the Library Department shall be known as the City Librarian and shall be appointed and removed as provided in Charter Section 508.
