Sec. 22.1150. Cooperation of Other City Departments.

All Boards, Offices, Departments, Agencies and Bureaus of the City shall cooperate with the Cannabis Regulation Commission and Department of Cannabis Regulation to the fullest extent practicable and in a manner that would not conflict with the lawful and necessary conduct of their duties as provided by law.

Sec. 22.1151. Coordination with Other Agencies.

The Cannabis Regulation Commission and Department of Cannabis Regulation shall, whenever practical, coordinate its programs with any other similar agency, so as to avoid duplication of effort and assure an effective working relationship between the City and other public or private agencies in the cannabis-related industry.
