Sec. 22.211.2. Parking Services.¶
The powers, duties and functions of the Department of General Services involving the administration and supervision of parking for City employees on parking lots and structures under the control of the City are transferred to the Personnel Department. This transfer shall not operate to negate the power of the Department of General Services either to enforce employee parking rules and regulations on parking lots and structures under the control of the City or to operate parking facilities for City employees and the public.

Sec. 22.211.3. Worker Safety Issues.¶
The powers, duties and functions of the Office of Finance involving the development and administration of workplace safety programs are transferred to the Personnel Department. The General Manager shall report on a quarterly basis to the Mayor, City Council, the City Administrative Officer and the Chief Legislative Analyst regarding the duties relating to workplace safety issues.
