Sec. 13.50. Council May Add Conditions.¶

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as preventing the Council from inserting in any advertisement for bids and notice of sale, or in any ordinance granting any franchise, permit or privilege any conditions or requirements not inconsistent with the provisions of the Constitution of the State, or of the City Charter.
