Los Altos Hills Municipal Code Art. 2 Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund

To comply with the provisions of Section 2113 of Chapter 3 of Division 3 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State, there is hereby established in the Town treasury a special fund to be known as the "Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund."

(§ 1, Ord. 11)

All moneys received by the Town from the State pursuant to the provisions of the Streets and Highways Code of the State for the acquisition of real property, or interests therein, or for the construction, maintenance, or improvement of streets or highways, other than State highways, shall be paid into the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund.

(§ 2, Ord. 11)

All moneys in the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund shall be expended exclusively for the purposes authorized by, and subject to the provisions of Sections 2100 through 2112 of Chapter 3 of Division 3 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State.
