§ 3-3.101. Established.¶
There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the "Sewer Fund."

§ 3-3.102. Deposits.¶
All funds collected pursuant to the provisions of Sections 6-4.202 and 6-4.203 of Article 2 of Chapter 4 of Title 6 relating to sewer connection and service charges, as well as any additional sum authorized by the Council, shall be deposited into the Sewer Fund.

§ 3-3.103. Expenditures.¶
All funds received and held in the Sewer Fund shall be used exclusively for the maintenance, operation, repair, construction, acquisition of property and administration of sanitary sewer facilities.
