§ 9.04.010. Intoxication in public places prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor to appear or be in or upon any public highway, street, alley, square, or other public place in the county, outside of any corporate city or town in the county, and it is unlawful for any person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor to intrude upon or be in or remain in or upon the premises or property of another outside of the incorporated city or town in the county, without the express permission and consent of the person lawfully in possession of such premises or property.

§ 9.04.020. Consumption by minors prohibited.

Any person under the age of twenty-one years who drinks any alcoholic beverage in any place which is open to the public shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

§ 9.04.030. Acceptance by minors prohibited.

Any person under the age of twenty-one years who shall, in any place open to the public, take or accept any alcoholic beverage which could be drunk by reason of its having been removed from its container or by reason of the container having been opened shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
