§ 9.20.010. Restrictions.

It is unlawful for any person to place, dump or discharge any rubbish, trash, or offal upon or within a distance of two hundred and forty feet of any public road or highway of the county.

§ 9.20.020. Violation deemed misdemeanor.

Any person violating the provision of Section 9.20.010 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

§ 9.20.030. Reward.

A reward of two thousand dollars shall be paid by the county to any person furnishing information leading to the apprehension and conviction of any person violating this chapter.
