§ 9.44.010. Permission to connect required.

It is unlawful for any person to make or cause to be made within the unincorporated areas of the county of Lassen, any connection, whether physically, electrically, conductively or otherwise with any closed circuit or cable television system, through which connection any signal transmitted through the cable television system can be received, without first obtaining the permission of the owner or operator of the closed circuit or cable television system.

§ 9.44.020. Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not exceeding fifty dollars. If any such violation continues, each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
