§ 2.42.010. Request for state aid.¶
The county of Lassen declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the state of California under the provisions of Chapter 5 of Title 7, Part 3 of the California Penal Code.

§ 2.42.020. Adherence to state standards.¶
As provided by Article 3 of Chapter 5 of Title 7, Part 3 of the California Penal Code, commencing with Section 6040 thereof, the county of Lassen while receiving aid from the state of California pursuant thereto, will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the Board of Corrections of the state of California.

§ 2.42.030. Title.¶
The ordinance codified in this chapter shall be known and cited as the "Lassen County corrections and probation officers' training fund qualifying ordinance."
