§ 2.09.010. Severance.¶
Pursuant to California Government Code Section 24011(c), the offices of Lassen County district attorney and Lassen County public administrator are hereby severed. The Lassen County board of supervisors approves the district attorney resigning from the position of public administrator without also resigning from the position of district attorney.

§ 2.09.020. Compensation.¶
The compensation of the district attorney shall be as set forth in Chapter 2.36 and shall be in lieu of fees.
