§ 2.10.010. Issuance authority.¶
The county clerk of Lassen County, has the authority to issue marriage licenses outside of the normal business hours of his office.

§ 2.10.020. Additional fee—When.¶
At any time request for the issuance of a marriage license outside his normal business hours is made to the county clerk, a fee, in addition to the fee provided in Government Code Section 26840, in the amount of five dollars shall be charged by the county clerk for the issuance of such marriage license, which fee shall be paid to the county treasurer.
