Ordinance Establishing Ordinance No. 871 as the Sewer Use Ordinance of the Lake County Service Area No. is Kono Tayee, and Designating This Ordinance as Appendix "B" to the Lake County Ordinance Code.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Lake Does Ordain as Follows:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 871, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public Sewers, the Installation and Connection of Building Sewers, the Installation of Sewer Laterals, and Public Sewer Main Extensions, Providing Permits and Fixing Fees for the Installation and Connection of Sanitary Sewers, Regulating the Discharge of Waters and Wastes Into the Public Sewer System and Providing Penalties for the Violation of the Provisions Thereof," adopted by the Board of Directors of the Lake County Sanitation District on February 2, 1976, is hereby established as the Sewer Use Ordinance for Lake County Service Area No. 13, Kono Tayee, with the following changes hereinafter set forth:

Section 2: Section 101 shall read as follows:
"District" shall mean Lake County Service Area No. 13.
