Sec. 30-34. - Fees.¶
34.1
Fees for processing grading permit applications and any environmental review shall be set by ordinance of the Board of Supervisors.

Sec. 30-35. - Securities.¶
35.1
The Administrative Official may require the deposit of financial security to ensure proper completion of grading and any associated permit conditions. Upon failure of permittee to complete the work or comply with permit conditions, the County may collect from the permittee all costs necessary to finish or correct the work as well as administrative and inspection costs. The amount of the financial security shall be based on the estimated construction cost of the project.
