Sec. 2-169. - Authority.¶
This article is enacted pursuant to the authority provided by Section 26802.5 of the Government Code.

Sec. 2-170. - Declaration.¶
The County of Lake hereby declares its desire to establish the Office of Registrar of Voters.

Sec. 2-171. - Registrar of Voters as Appointive Officer.¶
The office of the Registrar of Voters is hereby declared to be an appointive office and such appointment shall be made by the Board of Supervisors.
