Sec. 2-110. - Name Change.¶
100.1 The name of the Lake County Air Pollution Control District shall hereafter be the Lake County Air Quality Management District.

Sec. 2-111. - Reference Change.¶
101.1 Any reference to the Lake County Air Pollution Control District in this Code or any resolution of this Board shall be deemed to be a reference to the Lake County Air Quality Management District.

Sec. 2-112. - Continuation of Activities.¶
102.1 The Lake County Air Quality Management District shall continue to transact business and exercise its powers as provided by law.
