7.25.010 - San Diego County Ordinance No. 4286 (New Series) adopted by reference.¶
There is hereby adopted by reference San Diego County Ordinance No. 4286 (New Series), three copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk, relating to the construction, repair, reconstruction or destruction of wells, and incorporating by reference Water Well Standards: State of California (Chapter II of the Department of Water Resources Bulletin No. 74), and Cathodic Standards: State of California (Chapter II of Department of Water Resources Bulletin No. 74-1). The provisions of said ordinance shall be made a part hereof as though fully set out in this chapter, with the exception of such portions as are hereinafter deleted or amended.

7.25.020 - Modifications to San Diego County Ordinance No. 4286 (New Series).¶
That Section 67.404 is hereby deleted. That Section 67.431, 67.432, 67.433, 67. 434, 67. 441. H and 67.446.3 are hereby amended by substituting the words "City Council" in these sections wherever the words "Board of Supervisors" appear.

7.25.030 - Well permit application—Fee.¶
Each application for a well permit shall be accompanied by a fee established by the county of San Diego. Said fee shall be paid to the health officer.
