10.32.010 - Disorderly conduct and disturbing peace.¶
Any person who shall be guilty of any riotous or disorderly conduct in any house, street, alley, or other place within the corporate limits of this city, or who shall be guilty of any act whereby the quiet, peace or good order of the city or the inhabitants thereof shall be disturbed, or who shall knowingly suffer or permit any person, or persons, to be guilty of any such noisy, riotous or disorderly conduct in any house, store, or other place owned, occupied or controlled by him, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
