10.16.010 - Unlawful picketing.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person in or upon any public street, alley, or other public place in this city, to loiter in front of, or in the vicinity of, or to picket in front of, or in the vicinity of, or to carry, show, or display any banner, transparency, sign or printed matter in front of, or in the vicinity of, any works, or factory, or store, or place of business, or place of employment for the purpose of intimidating, threatening or coercing, or in a manner calculated to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any person who is performing, seeking, or obtaining or attempting to perform, or seek, or obtain service or labor in any such works, factory, store, place of business or place of employment.

10.16.020 - Obstreperous picketing.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person in or upon any public street, alley, or other public place in this city, to make any loud or unusual noise, or to speak in a loud or unusual tone, or to cry out or proclaim for the purpose of inducing or influencing, or attempting to induce or influence, or in a manner calculated to induce or influence, any person to refrain from doing or performing, or attempting to do or perform any service or labor in any works, factory, store, place of business or place of employment, or for the purpose of intimidating, threatening or coercing, or in a manner calculated to intimidate, threaten or coerce, any person who is performing, seeking or obtaining, or attempting to perform, seek, or obtain service or labor in any works, factory, store, place of business or place of employment.
