2.52.010 - Established.¶
There is established a building department in and for the city, which department shall be manned by a building inspector and such other employees as from time to time may, by the city council, be deemed necessary.

2.52.020 - Authority delegated.¶
The building department shall have and is granted and delegated all of the authority for the enforcement of all of the general building codes of the city, including, but not limited to any applicable state laws pertaining to building within the city.
