2.12.010 - Sum for city clerk and city treasurer designated.¶
The qualifying bond for each of the city clerk and city treasurer shall be in the penal sum of $25,000.00.

2.12.020 - Conformance to Government Code required.¶
Said bonds shall conform to the provisions of the Government Code of the state relating to the bonds of public officers.

2.12.030 - Premiums a charge upon city.¶
In the event that said qualifying bonds are executed by a corporate surety company, the premiums thereupon are to be a charge upon the city.
