Editor's note— Ord. No. 431, § 3, adopted February 2, 2010, repealed the former Chapter 12.08, §§ 12.08.010—12.08.170, and enacted a new Chapter 12.08 as set out herein. The former Chapter 12.08 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 150, 1972 and Ord. No. 179, 1976.
12.08.010 - Purpose.¶
The purpose of this chapter is to establish standards for roadway and driveway design and construction.

12.08.020 - City improvement standards—Created and adopted.¶
The city council shall adopt and amend, by resolution, improvement standards as deemed appropriate for design and construction of street and driveway improvements within the city limits.

12.08.030 - Street and driveway design and construction requirements.¶
The standards for design and construction of streets and driveways shall be in accordance with the city's improvement standards.
