§ 21.44.010. General.

This Chapter contains the regulations for the Public Owned Open Space Zone established by the City. (Ord. 387 § 1, 1996)

§ 21.44.020. Purpose.

The purpose of this zone is to insure the long-term preservation of the public-owned lands so designated.

§ 21.44.030. Permitted uses.

  • (a) Property maintenance such as is necessary to maintain subject property in a safe and natural condition.

  • (b) Scientific and educational study consistent with a program developed by competent authority and approved by the City Council.
