§ 10.32.010. Authority to designate and sign.

The City Council, upon recommendation of the Traffic Commission, chief of law enforcement, City Traffic Engineer, or the City Manager, by resolution action, shall designate any street or portion thereof a one-way street. The City Traffic Engineer shall place and maintain signs giving notice thereof, and no such regulations shall be effective unless such signs are in place. Signs shall be posted at every intersection where movement of traffic in the opposite direction is prohibited.
