§ 10.16.010. Driving through funeral processions prohibited.

No driver of a vehicle shall drive between vehicles comprising a funeral procession while they are in motion and when the vehicles in such processions are conspicuously so designated.

§ 10.16.020. Use of restricted-access roadways.

No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any limited access roadway except at such entrances and exits as are established by public authority.

§ 10.16.030. Vehicle use on private property.

It is unlawful for any person to operate or drive or leave any vehicle in, over, or upon any private property without express or implied permission of the owner thereof, or the person entitled to the possession thereof for the time being, or the authorized agent of either.

§ 10.16.040. Coasters, skates, and kindred devices prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person upon roller skates or riding on or by means of a coaster, toy vehicle or similar device to go upon an open roadway in the City.
