15.20.010 - Responsibility.¶
The City of Huron shall not be the responsible jurisdiction for the Health and Safety Code Division 13 Part 2.1 in related administrative codes.

15.20.020 - Delegation of enforcement responsibilities.¶
The State of California, the Department of Housing and Community Development will be the enforcement agency, along with the assistance of the Fresno County health department and the City of Huron of the regulations in regarding Health and Safety Code Division 13 Part 2.1 relating to mobilehome parks in the City of Huron.

15.20.030 - Qualified personnel.¶
The State of California through the Department of Housing and Community Development will maintain sufficient qualified personnel to enforce the provisions of this chapter consistent with the State enforcement program.

15.20.040 - Fee schedule.¶
The fee for an annual permit to operate a mobilehome park, travel trailer park, recreational vehicle park, incidental camping areas, tents, camps or any combination thereof shall be paid annually to the enforcement agency as provided by the following schedule:
Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and two dollars ($2.00) per lot or camping party, for the maximum number of camping parties authorized, to be paid to the enforcement area agency, and the State fees are determined by the number of lots or camping parties authorized as follows:

15.20.050 - State of California program and objectives.¶
The City of Huron will administer the State program and objectives as contained in the Health and Safety Code Division 13 Part 2.1 and are related. The administrative regulations in regards to the following existing mobilehome park within our jurisdiction:

The occupancy status of this park is twenty-one (21) coaches. The local objectives in assuming the responsibility for administering a mobilehome park is to provide for a quality living environment and to ensure that State of California Health and Safety Codes are enforced. Compliance will start six (6) months after State approval.

15.20.060 - Operating permits.¶
All operating permits issued shall be forwarded to the administrative office of the division of code and standard within fifteen (15) days after issuance.
