Huron Municipal Code Ch. 15.04 Building Code

That certain document on file in the office of the city clerk of the City of Huron, being marked and designated as "Fresno County Building Code Title 15 as amended July 19, 1984," and including the Uniform Building Code, Uniform Mechanical Code, Uniform Electrical Code, Uniform Plumbing Code, Uniform Sign Code, and schedules of charges, be and the same is adopted as the building code of the City of Huron regulating the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, conversion, demolition, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of buildings or structures in the City of Huron, providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor, and providing penalties for the violation thereof. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of such building code on file in the office of the city clerk are referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein.

The City of Huron establishes and requires a certificate of occupancy of any type of construction within the City of Huron.
