1.16.010 - Elections.

Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 36503 and Elections Code Section 1301 (second of two), the city council does require and order that, commencing with the election in November 1998 and continuing thereafter so long as this chapter shall remain in effect, general municipal elections of the town of Hillsborough shall be held in the town on the same day as the statewide general election, which, pursuant to Elections Code Section 1200, is held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of each even-numbered year.
