5-10-1: - ADOPTION OF WATER EFFICIENT LANDSCAPE ORDINANCE.

The California State Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance, codified at Chapter 2.7 of Title 23 of the California Code of Regulations, and any amendments thereto, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth below, and shall be known and may be cited as the Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance of the City of Hidden Hills. One copy of the California State Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance shall be maintained on file in City Hall.

5-10-2: - COMPLIANCE WITH HHCA STANDARDS.

In addition to other applicable standards set forth in this Title V and the California State Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance, the selection of plants and trees incorporated into a landscape design plan shall also comply with any and all applicable standards necessary for the landscape design to be approved by the Hidden Hills Community Association.

5-10-3: - CONFLICT OF LAWS.

The development standards relating to landscaping found in this Title V shall apply in addition to the applicable requirements of the California Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance. In the event of any conflict between provisions of the California State Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance and a

provision of Title V, the provision that contains the more stringent landscaping water efficiency requirement(s) shall control.
