Sec. 14-31. - Codes adoption.¶
The 2022 California Building Standards Code, as set forth in Parts 1 through 12 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, as such Code may be amended from time to time; the "Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings," 1997 Edition, and the International Property Maintenance Code, 2021 Edition, are hereby adopted together with certain amendments, deletions, additions, and exceptions, including fees and penalties.
