§ 5.27.010. License fee.¶
Every person operating as or engaging in the business of a new car dealer shall pay an annual license fee based upon gross receipts according to the following schedule:
| Gross Receipts per Year | Fee per Year |
|---|---|
| Less than $25,000 | $75.00 |
| $25,000 and less than $50,000 | 90.00 |
| $50,000 and less than $75,000 | 105.00 |
| $75,000 and less than $100,000 | 120.00 |
| $100,000 | 120.00 for the first $100,000.00 plus $50.00 for each $100,000.00 or fraction thereof, thereafter, to a maximum license fee of $500,000.00 |
