§ 5.64.010. License and fee.¶

A. Public Eating Places. Every person engaging in operating a public eating place other than a refreshment stand or wayside stand shall pay a license fee based upon gross receipts.

B. Refreshment Stand. Every person engaging in operating a refreshment stand shall pay a license fee based upon gross receipts.
